LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
We provide design development, conceptual sketches, and site plan drawings for our landscape design clients. We often are included as team members and work in collaboration with local Architects, Engineers, Builders, and Owners.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
AL+D believes that great landscapes are crafted by talented people in the field, spearheading the project’s quality as construction takes shape. Our team has the ability to adapt creatively in the field during installations to respond to construction related challenges and we are always on the lookout for cost saving opportunities as they arise. We take lots of photos during the project to document any before & after changes.
HARDSCAPE INSTALLATIONS
Our masonry team are highly skilled in hardscape installations with various stone materials including; but not limited to: stone walkways, stone paver patios, stone steps, landings, granite boulder setting, faux ledge retainers, cobblestone aprons, stone drainage ways, etc.
STONEWORK CONSTRUCTION
Our stone wizards have the experience, tools and know-how needed to create custom stonework installations using native stone sold locally such as; granite paver walks & patios, natural stone walls & steps, sculpture pieces, and rock engraving, just to name a few. Each project is as unique as is each piece and type of local stone used.
NATIVE PLANT CONSULTATION
AL+D provides native planting services with appropriate selection of local plants for your property. Native plants provide beauty, diversity, and natural erosion control. We can design planting plans as part of a project, and provide installation of native Trees, Shrubs, Grasses, Perennials, Wildflowers, Ferns, and Wild Sods that are sustainably grown and locally harvested.
MISC LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS
Every project is unique in it's individual pieces and customized details. We also offer high-quality craftsmanship solutions in creating misc landscape improvements such as; firepits, fireplaces, stone sculptures, engravings, and water features.
